Speaker 2: In the ocean you know, maybe game fish.

Instructor: Wow. Anybody else ever went fishing in the ocean?

Speaker 3: I was one.

Instructor: Where?

Speaker 3: Only one time.

Instructor: Only one time? Where was that?

Speaker 3: I was in Mazatlan, Mexico. We got a big dolphin.

Instructor: Wow, you caught a dolphin.

Speaker 2: Dolphin fish, not mammal.

Speaker 3: No. Marlin.

Instructor: Marlin. Big thing?

Speaker 3: Yeah, a big one.

Instructor: Was it fun?

Speaker 3: Yeah. Very, very, fun.

Instructor: Wow, anybody else ever caught a-- yeah?

Speaker 4: Yeah. I went deep sea fishing like a few weeks ago. They caught like five sharks.

Instructor: Wow. Okay, let's go fishing. You want to go fishing? And again. Very good. Yay. Let's breathe with our shoulders. Only the right side. Smiling is important. Very good. How'd you cook your fish?

Speaker 2: Well, you have your husband filet it. Or, the captain of the boat, and then you take it home and you either put it in the oven and bake it, or you can [inaudible 00:02:40] it.

Instructor: Wow. You put some salt?

Speaker 2: Not particularly salt, but other spices, yeah. Lemon juice and some wine, and other spices.

Instructor: Anybody else? How do you cook your fish?

Speaker 3: I had a very bad experience because when we got out of the boat, one guy was there and he said [inaudible 00:03:01], he said, "Beautiful, a fish." So, I don't know how to say [Spanish 00:03:06].

Translator: [inaudible 00:03:07].

Speaker 3: Okay. So, give me $300 and I do it for you. It will be great. We get the money and the fish. We never …

Female: They were going to stuff it.

Speaker 3: The guy disappeared with the fish, and the money. It was huge, you know? Mm-hmm (affirmative).

Instructor: Anybody else has a favorite fish recipe?

Speaker 3: Yes. I do. I cook Chilean sea bass and in one glass of pineapple juice, one glass of orange juice, and I put two table spoons of sesame oil, a little bit of ginger, and I put cayenne pepper, and four tablespoons of soy sauce. So, I marinate on it, and then I steam it in that for eight minutes. Then, I remove the fish from the steamer and let the sauce cook for eight minutes more. then, you put the sauce on top with a lot of green onions [inaudible 00:04:47] to die for.

Female: Very nice.

Instructor: Wow. Let's do … There are a couple of laughter exercises we can build around that. The first one is called a stuck spice laughter.

Translator: The what?

Instructor: Stuck spice. You know the spice shaker.

Female: Oh, [inaudible 00:05:06] gets stuck?

Instructor: Do like this. Do exactly what I do. [inaudible 00:05:26]. The other one is with the lemon. Sometimes, lemon is a little tart. So, we're going to alternate eating fish, big bite, and … fringing at the intensity of the lemon. So, you take a big piece of … it's a big fish. Very good. Very good.

Who likes painting? What'd you paint?

Female: Well, I don't paint pictures and stuff, I do wind chimes. So, at a pottery, I'll make the chimes itself. I'll make all the fish, or stars, or hearts, or butterflies, or just different shapes. And then, I will go home and I will [inaudible 00:06:48]. And then, also the top of the wind chime, you have to paint as well.

Instructor: Nice. Anybody else has a painting, or do you remember painting sometimes? No?

Female: A house.

Instructor: A house? Do you remember painting [inaudible 00:07:31], sometimes?

Female: No, I don't think.

Instructor: Have you ever painted [inaudible 00:07:32]

Female: Paint my numbers. I was a kid. You know like [inaudible 00:07:38], those finger paints when you were a kid.

Instructor: Has [inaudible 00:07:44] painted with their feet? You know when you walk and paint, and you have to …

Female: No.

Instructor: No?

Female: I think [inaudible 00:07:53].

Instructor: Not with your fingers? Finger painting …

Female: Not feet.

Instructor: Wow. Okay, do you want to paint now? So, it's laughter paint. It's a bit different. You go like this. You go … So, we're going to paint a happy painting. Now, what the painting is, it's your call, your choice. It's less paint, a happy painting. Now, let's paint one another, because we like it.
