Diagnosis

Diagnosis involves the identification of a specific disease or condition through evaluation of patient signs and symptoms, physical exam, laboratory tests and other diagnostic tools. DS has several diagnoses – including, breast cancer. The cancer is cellular growth that led to a mass, which was detected on breast exam. A sample was taken to determine the type of growth, which led to her diagnosis.
